2020 Radikon Ribolla Gialla, Venezia Giulia IGT, Italy - 500MLABOUT THIS WINE Made from 100% Ribolla GiallaFriulis most traditional and tannic white varietythis wine is sourced from Radikons estate vineyards in Oslavia, grown on ponca (marl and sandstone) soils. The grapes are hand harvested and fermented with native yeasts, followed by a 23 month maceration on the skins in wooden vats. The wine is then aged in large Slavonian oak casks for around 3 years, and bottled without fining, filtration, or added sulfur.
